        Ways to apply:

        Apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov

        Apply using the FEMA mobile app

        Call FEMA’s helpline toll-free at (800) 621-3362

        What you will need to apply:

        Up-to-date phone number where you can be reached

        Your address at the time of the disaster and the address where you are now staying

        Your Social Security Number (SSN)

        A general list of damage and losses

        Banking information — if you choose direct deposit

        If insured, the policy number or the agent and/or the company name

        Review the most common reasons why FEMA may find you ineligible for assistance & how to address them: bit.ly/4h17rCT

        If you have questions about your assistance, please call FEMA at 1-800-621-3362.“
